Who's Who?

Topaz Dance is run by IDTA qualified dance teachers Pat & Tony Savage. Having spent around 15 years enjoying success in various competitions, including national success in Supadance team and individual events, Pat & Tony began teaching over 10 years ago.

‘We love to dance ourselves but nothing is more satisfying than nurturing a beginner or novice dancer and seeing them progress and become a competent and confident dancer. Dancing is a fantastic pastime – a great way to exercise and socialise at the same time. Why not come along and try it!’

Zoe Savage
Zoe started dancing at the age of 6 and has been addicted ever since. She began competing in Latin and Ballroom at the age of 9 and this has taken her all over the country. After leaving school Zoe studied dance and drama at a local college before gaining a full scholarship to attend Liverpool Theatre School to train as a professional musical theatre performer. She has trained to an excellent standard in: Latin, ballroom, ballet, tap, contemporary, jazz and commercial dance as well as an established singer and actress. After 3 years at theatre school Zoe became part of a girl band and was signed to All Around The World Records and performed on the Clubland Live tour in all the major arenas in the country. As well as being part of her band Sweet xx she was also a regular commercial dancer for the Clubland label and travelled around the country performing with artists such as Ultra-beat, Samantha Mumba and September to name a few. Zoe has been teaching Latin and ballroom for over 10 years and her pupils have been extremely successful in the IDTA Nationwide medallist of the year and the Supadance National league.

Christopher Savage
Christopher has been dancing competitively since the age of 12. He currently competes on the open circuit attending competitions all over the country.
